Question 1

What is an animatronic dinosaur made of?

Accepted Answer

Each Hualong animatronic dinosaur is built on a welded steel frame driven by brushless or geared motors, wrapped in high-density sponge foam for the musculature, and finished with a hand-textured silicone rubber skin that is painted and sealed for indoor or outdoor display.

Question 2

Can animatronic dinosaurs be used outdoors all year?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Outdoor models receive a waterproof and sun-resistant silicone skin treatment and sealed electrical components, making them suitable for theme parks, zoos and scenic spots in rain, heat and humidity. Climate requirements should be confirmed at the order stage so the skin and electrics can be specified accordingly.

Question 3

What movements and control modes are available?

Accepted Answer

Typical movements include eye blinking, mouth opening with synchronized roaring, head and neck motion, forelimb and tail movement and a breathing chest. Models can be triggered by infrared motion sensor, remote control, timer, coin operation or a programmed show controller.

Question 4

Do you provide overseas installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hualong's installation team provides on-site installation service for orders worldwide, together with operating guidance and after-sales technical support.

Question 5

Which shipping and trade terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be shipped under EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDU or DDP terms by sea, air, rail or international express. Every order receives a pre-shipment inspection of 24 to 48 hours.

Question 6

Can you build custom species, sizes or IP characters?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Size, color, posture, movement, sound, material and species can all be customized from your drawings or references, and our design department also supports mechanical design, exhibition design and park layout planning.
