We are based in Zigong, Sichuan — the city where some of the world's most important Jurassic fossils were excavated and the home of China's lantern-making tradition. Welded, rust-treated steel skeletons carry motors and reducers sized to each joint, then run through extended motion tests before skinning.
Foam Sculpting & Silicone Skin
High-density sponge forms the muscle mass; master sculptors carve scales and wrinkles before a silicone rubber skin is applied in layers.
Painting, QC & Pre-Shipment Inspection

What is an animatronic dinosaur made of?
Each model is built on a welded steel frame driven by motors and reducers, wrapped in high-density sponge foam for the musculature, and finished with a hand-textured silicone rubber skin that is painted and sealed for indoor or outdoor display.
Can animatronic dinosaurs be used outdoors all year?
Yes. Outdoor models receive a waterproof, sun-resistant skin treatment and sealed electrical components for rain, heat and humidity. Share your local climate at the order stage so skin and electrics can be specified accordingly.
What movements and control modes are available?
Typical movements include eye blinking, mouth opening with synchronized roaring, head and neck motion, forelimbs, tail swing and a breathing chest. Triggers include infrared sensor, remote control, timer, coin operation or a programmed show controller.
Do you provide overseas installation?
